Garden of faith and hope

When we are born, we  begin to nurture our garden of faith and hope with seeds planted, maturing slowly and making their way to the sun- resilient to the extreme weather, as we walk our daily sojourn with our Creator.

The ashes of sorrow

The ashes of sorrow spread throughout our lives will in time lead to healing if we allow ourselves to forgive others, but ultimately forgive ourselves; thereby allowing us to  finally move forward.

Fireworks of the Spirit

Fireworks of the Spirit, exploding, flashing, booming through  our lives.

Faith, grace and hope combine to help give us serenity that battles the explosions from the fireworks rattling our stability- our inner core.

This  ever-present  Peace and Serenity  quiets and  soothes the boom within , while  simultaneously  nourishing and healing us.

We bear our own autograph.....

We bear our own autograph in every word we write.. so it is imperative that we examine each word to ensure it represents the essence of who we are and we stand for.

Maintaining a professional online presence

As we observe every day in the news, the power of social media can never be underestimated. Therefore, maintaining a professional online presence is a critical part of a successful career path , whether you be a writer, a teacher, or whatever profession you are in. 1- You never know what is on the Internet these days with your name on it... One way to maintain some scrutiny in this is to set up Google alerts using your name.. You will then get notified anytime your name appears on Google. However, if you have a common name, your alerts will be including these people. 2- Set your privacy settings on Facebook so that no one can tag you without your permission. Review your privacy settings on a regular basis... Do this with other sites that you may be registered with as well. Remember to only post items that provide a good image of yourself. Think before you post! Once it is on the Net, it is there forever. 3- Set up blogs or websites with your name to establish and maintain a professional persona. Remember to keep them up –to-date.

Creativity

In the ever- rushed world of the 21st century, we never take the time to nurture something is inherent and organic within all of us ... and that is Creativity.

I believe that Creativity is a spontaneous process erupting from the soul within...

If you take the time out of each day for such nurturing , then it will be reflected in your writing endeavours.

Online branding and you

Branding is about identifying your rainbow of talent and applying it with a plethora of passion in your well -researched target areas.

Your online brand should have the WOW factor but this needs to be accompanied by authenticity.

Your brand—your tag line for your online portfolio—has to be a ladle dropper. Like listening to Ted Koppul s great new stories, this tag line—makes you drop your ladle asyou are cooking in the kitchen and run to the TV set.
